• Of course there will be variation in our animals sizes, however; a whole beef generally contains approximately 400-500 packaged pounds. A 1/2 beef will typically fit in a 7 cubic foot chest freezer.

  • When reserved before harvest customers can customize the types of cuts they prefer (therefore early reservations are highly recommended!). To give a general idea of the breakdown the following approximations can be used as a reference:

    75-100lbs ground beef

    10-12 Ribeye steaks

    9-11 New York streaks

    8-12 Fillets

    5-6 Top Sirloin

    Variety of roasts such as trip-tip, skirt steaks, chuck roasts, cross rib roasts, brisket and short ribs.
