Of course there will be variation in our animals sizes, however; a whole beef generally contains approximately 400-500 packaged pounds. A 1/2 beef will typically fit in a 7 cubic foot chest freezer.

When reserved before harvest customers can customize the types of cuts they prefer (therefore early reservations are highly recommended!). To give a general idea of the breakdown the following approximations can be used as a reference:
75-100lbs ground beef
10-12 Ribeye steaks
9-11 New York streaks
8-12 Fillets
5-6 Top Sirloin
Variety of roasts such as trip-tip, skirt steaks, chuck roasts, cross rib roasts, brisket and short ribs.

Price will fluctuate from year to year and depends on the animals size, however currently we are taking reservations between $2500-$2750 per half.
